Choreography Drawings, 2001

This is an example of some choreography studies I did for my performance A Musical. I layered lines from various international metro maps to make new maps of movement. They were drawn with very thin, orange graphic drawing tape. Each line represents a choreographed path for one person. At the crossing point of two lines a duet or interaction developed.
